Touch-Tone Teller is our audio response system that allows you to inquire, transfer funds, even access line of credit loans 24-hours a day from any touch tone phone and is provided as a free service!

These are samples of the most commonly used transactions:

• Account Balances
• Recent Deposits and Cleared Checks
• Inquiring on a Specific Check Number
• Transfer Funds
• Advance Line of Credit Loans

Other helpful transactions include requesting a copy of a check or statement, estimating monthly payments for a loan, and requesting the amount of interest earned or paid on accounts. You can also transfer funds between different member numbers, such as from husband to wife, mom and dad’s account to junior’s account, etc. Call or stop in our office for more information or to receive an informational brochure that lists all possible transactions and corresponding codes.

Online Account Access

RedWingCU.com Account@ccess allows 24-hour access to your accounts from the convenience of your home or office. You can make transfers, inquiries and even download this information into your own financial software on your computer. 

ATM Access

Twenty-four hour access to the funds in your account is yours using any Automatic Teller Machine (ATM). This includes the one conveniently located in our drive-up area, which is free for RWCU members accessing their RWCU accounts. Deposits may also be made to your RWCU accounts via our ATM or any Express Teller ATM located in Minnesota.
